More than 80 culinary artists have so far joined the German “Let’s go Magic” culinary team. The team’s core comprises previous members of the ‘Union of German Cooks’ national cooking team. These are joined by many more from both Germany and abroad and the group is growing constantly. Nationwide as well as abroad this group enthuses guests with catering and events which celebrate masterfully the magic of the art of cooking, culinary culture and pure enjoyment. However, the team members also understand themselves as ambassadors of their trade. For this reason they are even ready to occupy their private time with the development of young talent and live out the passion of their profession with their colleagues being creative and innovative.
Consequently team leader Karlheinz Haase and the German “Let’s go Magic” culinary team do not merely recommend the I.C.A as the world’s leading institute after apprenticeship and as an ideal training opportunity, but they also support the concept in theory and practically by sharing their know-how, professionalism and experience.
